allo! new to the forums, but i'm going to purchase an e36 rather soon. i'm looking at the 325is with the better suspension, but i'm planning on modifying it quite a bit anyway, springs, struts, sway bars, strut braces, etc.
i was wondering if i should even bother with a 325is and just go with a 325i, as i'll be pretty much redoing the entire suspension. that i know of, the only difference between the two models is the suspension.
the year i'm looking at are the 94's, seem to have better engine specs than the 93's and i'm looking to modify the car quite a bit. any and all help is appreciated! thanks!
The 4 doors are awfully convienent - though the coupes are a bit sleaker. Hard to say... though I'd get a 2-door if I knew I wouldn't need the back doors (I got a 4-door model because I knew I would need them.)
go with the IS two doors look better , 4 door reminds me of a family car. If you cant find an IS then do the I . I just got lucky and found an IS that is why i am plugging it

I am a fan of the 2-doors also. But the 4-door one would technically handle better after you re-did your suspension since they weigh less than the 2-door for some reason.

the suspension is slighty different, because, IS= 2 door... and I= 4 door...
ah, groovy, 325is it is
i'm partial to the 2 door version myself.
i already have a sleeper i'm working on anyway, v8 conversion on an 86 volvo station wagon.
