| You most likely have something under the hood that needs to be addressed. Probably a serpentine belt that needs to be replaced. You aren't smelling it when you are driving because the amount of air traveling through the engine bay is diluting the smell. You smell it when you stop because the smell builds up in the engine bay and then gets sucked in through your defrost air in take (base of the windshield). Check all of your belts and hoses in the engine bay for being cracked, damaged, burnt, etc...
