Bunny hoppping in first gear...

Hey all. new to the forum so hello.

I own a 316i compat (1995) and when i pull away the car bunny hops like its about to stall. just like a learner driver. Its worse the faster i acelerate. no problems with any other gears. The car revs a little when i start it but not enough to worry me. Accelerator pedal is also sticky. Could that be linkled? The airfilter is new. Somebody told me to try replacing the fuel filter so will try that in a couple of days. Really have no idea with this one.

Just found a previous post of someone with the same prob. There was a crack in the air inlet hose. taped it up and running perfectly again. Must be a common weakness. Thanks for time in reading this anyway. Will get some pics up shortly. Dan
