I'd get vented discs, which are probably what you have now. Superior cooling than a solid rotor, wont grind down the pads like slotted or crossdrilled rotors, you have them already unless the 318's came with really cruddy brakes, which I doubt and think they are the same as the 323, 235's, and 328's
Pads are more of a debateable item...
