I'll be replacing all my brakes, pads, discs and calipers. I want to know what the best choice would be? Brembro?

The vehicle will see about 5 track days a year and will not be driven in the winter.

go up to M3's or do the dirty - brembo

your gonna need brake ducts if you up grade to either of these
