I'm thinking about buying a 325i convertable but the brakes don't feel right. It seems I have to push down more than normal for a stop. Any ideas? Otherwise, it seems in great shape. However, seller made sure to state "as is" on sales slip.

maybe pads mayeb the calipers need to be replaced, what year is it? could be a number of things but most likely an easy fix
