Brake Light Circuit

Does anyone here know the PN# for the brake light circuit switch?? i hear there are 2 different switchs, which would i need for my 93 e36 325is??

there are 2 different switches, one is the old style and one is an updated less likely to fail version...call the dealer for the updated part number I think it's like $5-$10 for the switch from the dealer

If you have the OBC with check control, you need the 4-wire one. Without check control, 2-wire.
