I have a 1992 325i e36 and I have been trying to diagnose a no start issue for a month. I have replace crank position sensor and cam positions sensor. I have confirmed that I have fuel but I do not get spark. my Check engine light will not come on, I replaced the bulb and it wont even come on with the lamp test. Main and fuel relays are confirmed good. Fuel pump runs while cranking, but no spark on any cylinder. Spark plugs fire good in my lawnmower!
I am out of ideas and am going to have to sell this car to the junkyard soon if I cant get it going. My wife says I fix it or it goes, but I don't know what else to try.
If you have a dme I can try in the Duluth, Buford, Gainesville, Cornelia area, I would come pick it up, leave a deposit, pay a fee etc. I am at my wits end but if I buy a DME and it don't fix it, I will never hear the end of it!
