| Also try and put a thin rag between the screwdriver and the bonnet badge. The grommets are located at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock position. So place the screwdriver at the 12 o'clock positiona dn be careful. Don't do it too quickly because after time the grommets and the studs behind the badge become weak and pryign them out too fast can cause one of the studs to break off, leaving it and the grommet embeded in your hood.
Trust me, I know. Took me 10 minutes, a pair of needle nose pliers and lots of frustration to get it out.
