I have a 97 328is. The computer on the dashboard has a button that says "code". I was told that this is a type of engine disable. However, I cant figure out how to use it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
I assume you don't have a manual..this is the Anti-theft protection system and it is activated/deactivated w/ the use of the 'code' button and keying in your 4 digit number..
After having the car on then it off, but not totally, so it's in accesorry, hit the code button then use the 1, 10, 100, 1000 to put in a code then hit set.
