BMW Transmission Automatic 5HP18

is it possible that this transmission( BMW Transmission Automatic 5HP18 )would fit the 1994 325i sedan without changing the shaft and the transmission computer since it looks all different and all. this guy wants to sell his for a really cheap price and if this is posssible i cannot refuse due to the fact my tranny is getting weak
