I haven't had my car inspected yet, have drove it about 7,000 miles since purchase.
Can I just goto any BMW dealer around and just ask for them to inspect it? How much does it usually cost?

When it says, check all of the fluids etc. ... does that mean that they will change them for me at no extra cost then the initial inspection price ... obvioulsly if i have a minor/major problem i will have to pay extra, im just talking about fluids.

Also, will ANY BMW dealer that will perform services on my car perform Inspection 1?

any BMW dealer can do inspection I or II, doenst have to be the place you bought the car at. The price includes fluids, filters, plugs, etc. thats why its kinda pricy.
read the manual to see the service intervals for I or II, also you can have inspection I or II done by 3rd parties mechanics, as long as you keep records of what was done and when, and add it to your owners manual.
