Bmw E36 318i Turbo Conversion - BMW Forum

I Have just completed my BMW E36 318i Turbo Conversion, I have made all the necessary changes including an uprated ECU chip which compensates the fuel air ratio.
It all seems to be working fine, however, after running for a while, once the car warms up it just seems to cut out. It will restart again after about an hour. t seems like the engine is flooding but I am not sure!!
Is there some sort of safety cut out device if the engine over-heats?
Is there anybody out there who has had the same problem or who knows what my problem is?

Please help me!!!!

first person i have seen with a 318i turbo and not just wishing and talking about howto doit. Sorry i cant help you out with your problem

On the E36 M52 engine, there isn't one as far as I can tell. For the 318's engine, it could be a different story, I do not know.
