BMW compact rear broken springs

I am looking to replace the rear springs on my 318 ti compact . there seems to be a problem with the springs on the compact snapping. does anyone know if i can replace the springs with the springs off another model bmw. thanks .. Nomky

I am not one hundred percent sure but I do believe that the rear of the ti is different than any other e36. You may be able to sub e30 rear springs. I would either go after market or just call vines automotive in Al and get some used stock springs.

I'm pretty sure that the ti uses the e30 rear suspension. Hit up 318ti.org Its the place to be if you have a ti
