BMW Anti-Theft Has Locked The Owner Out - PLEASE HELP!

I have a 93 325i and the alarm has totally gone to Hell. Last night I went to get in my car but my keyring alarm thing didn't shut the alarm off so thinking it needed a new battery I replaced it but still nothing. The alarm goes off everytime I open a door and locks out the ignition. I've tried unhooking the battery but that didn't reset it either. I've tried using the key to lock then unlock the door but the alarm goes off and locks out the ignition. I don't know what to do!!! I haven't been able to start my own car and nobody seems to know what is wrong. Is there anyway I can just rip the freakin' thing out??? I really need my car back!

Thanks

OK so, today I finally got out to fix my car. I did what you said and after about thirty minutes or so of pulling and plugging wires I GOT IT TO START! I don't know how to thank you enough! You knew what to do when an Atlanta dealer and countless car "experts" didn't.

Thanks again for your time.
