i have lost my keys and alarm fob have just got new keys but no have not got the alarm fob yet i am worried about deactivating my alarm if i do will be able to get it turned back on when i get new fob or will i have to get a hole new alarm system??? please help!!!
I'm still intersted in more bmw alarm info. I am working on 1998 328i that has not had the battery connected for 6 months. The alarm/door lock key fob worked fine when I disconnected the battery.
Will the key fob still work when car is ready to go? Will I need to reprogram?
