some kid was pulling out after weight trainging and scraped the back left bumper with his car. VERY minor scratches on paint that are buffed out but that black piece on the top of the bumper needs to be replaced? Should i go to the dealer, NAPA, etc? how much? name of part? thanks guys, this is very tramatic for me.
(but this is my first car, my baby, and i love her so its not like im excited)
