bigger injectors=mod?

I have a question. If I increase the injector size above stock,( not sure what stock is) i.e. 21#. With a CAI as a mod i already have, will that create enough air/fuel mixture as to not run rich, or would i need to have boost?
let me know if i need to be more specific.

Most people only add larger injectors when they're adding the larger 3.5" MAF - and I'm pretty sure you need software to make the car run properly with these mods.

FYI

17.5lb - M50/S50
21lb - M52/S52
