big wheels

ive just fitted 17 inch wheels to my 96 318i .will the speedo still be accurate.

but depends on tire size too

If you do it right the outside dia. of the tire will be the same as the 15 or 16 " tire you had installed .the difference will be that the wheel rim will be larger and the side wall of the tire will be shorter.
