A stock Z4 shift lever. It's a bit clunky at first but drive it for 50 miles and it smooths out nicely. Or if you do not want such a drastic shift reduction and stock Z3 shift lever works aswell. The Z4 lever is only $50.

i made mine myself... what's the point of paying for something you can make yourself in half an hour if you know a little bit about welding.
