others to raise the car in the rear, my rear end seems low still i replace coil springs, shocks, and shock mounts, i also added rear spring pads for coils,,,,can anyone help because my wheels stick out some and when someone sits in back of car and im drieving a hear a slight scrape of edge of tire against fender skirt...any suggestions
That may be caused by an offset for after market wheels.
it could be but i ordered them from bmw i guess they where overstock wheels, the offsetspecs where the same as car oem requirments... im thinking its because they are 8inch in rear, they dont stick too far out their just flushed with fender
fenders all ready rolled before i put wheels on, i looked at website that specifies oem specs for 325i based on the specs i got same specs for wheels before i purchased the .....someone correct me if im wrong about oem spec
specs said: BMW S5 ALLOY WHEELS 17x8 5x120 ET 20mm
Also if it is not a constant scraping, but rather an intermittent sound, then there is a possibility that your rear wheels are out of alignment; a very uncommon problem since the rear wheels are typically fixed; there are rare occasions that the rear wheels may be out of alignment, usually caused by a previous accident.

Its the offset you should be at 30-40 the wheels you have may be oem but they are for a 5 or 7 series or maybe a newer m3 either way your gonna have problems no matter what unless you 4x4 the rear end sell the wheels and get something that fits you will be much happier. Then you can lower your car instead of raise it. Which may just look a little better. GL
