So anyways I went to get my tires spin balanced and an alinement. To make a long story short i think i left with a bent drive shaft. The floor jack is shaped like an I which leaves them with access to ur tires but theres a center piece which goes directly under ur car right through the middle. Now i have believe my car now bent my drive shaft so my car is a mess! Does this sound like it could happen? I have no other reason why my drive shaft would bend? Is this a common thing?

Why do you think it's bent? There's quite a bit of stuff in the way of the driveshaft and it's pretty heavy duty.

Look underneath it and look if the exaust is bent, that will bend before the driveshaft does.
