Battery draw - BMW Forum

Hello all, wondering if someone can help with my battery problem. I have a 96 318is and my battery keeps dying on me. When I disconnect the battery and use a voltmeter between the neg. post and the neg. cable it reads 10.9V. I pulled all the fuses and there was no change in the draw. Same when I pulled the relays. The only change i made is to have angel eyes and hids installed by a pro. If they are installed incorrectly would this cause that much of a draw? Thanks.

I think my first look would be with a fault in the DRL wiring of the new lights.

I had the same exact problem but mine was the lock heaters inside my doors. those are know to malfuntion alot......i would chack there

Do all bmw have lock heaters? How do you tell?
