Hey i just got my car tinted yesterday as well. The place i went to is really good, but the manager said that alot of bmws/ cars that have the bumpy dots on the bottom of the rear window will do that. sometimes it works perfectly, other times it will look like that. mines kinda the same.

Give it a full week. After that, go back and exercise your warranty rights. If there's no warranty, I hope you paid by credit card.

i guess i am the only lucky one...but i have a mirror tint that actually hides 90% of all air trapped in between the tint and the raised dots. i don't think it is possible to get perfect but they can get a lot closer than that. obtw there is no glue...tint is like tape...the only thing that has to dray is the left over soap water which can take up to two weeks for grey tint and a month for the mirror stuff.

its REALLY hard in the rear window with the lamp as situated on many bmws..
plus the rear decklid makes access to the lower portion of the window very difficult even with all the right tools.

it should be better then that, that was just being lazy.. but for $100.. what do you expect?

well, say i was lucky and didnt have a brake light at the bottom of my rear windscreen, would i still have these 'bumps'?

i say take it back again and ask for ur money back, i know you feel like a dick doing it, but its only fair. its their job, if they can't do it right, they shouldnt be doing it.

like when i order chips in a fast food place and the packet is only half full, f$%^ers.
