Jeff325i n00b Join Date: Nov 2008 Car: Posts: 3 Photos:	Bad Synchros on '92 E36 I'm having a really hard time getting into 1st and 3rd gear. Once I'm in, I don't have any problems but it takes a lot of effort to get into gear. I'm hoping that I can simply pull the transmission and swap the synchros but I'd like to hear your opinions first. Do you guys have any recommended after-market vendors for BMW parts ? Clearly the dealership will ask for my first child in exchange for any kind of parts. Let me know ! Thanks !!
