yeh ive done it, its not to hard just a little complicated to explain. i have a 95 318is and alls i had to do was pull the seats down and theres this plastic peice in between that u pop off and u see where the seats are hooked into. u unhook them (i used a screwdriver) and take the seats out. but the seatbelts are still attached so u need to pop off the bottom part of the seat (the part u sit ur ass on) and unscrew the seatbelts. sounds complicated but its quite simple. they take off a pretty decent amount of weight
Is there a different product name for these "Silver Stars?" Because they aren't coming up on WalMarts site....also, I would assume there are silverstars for brights and lowbeams?
Delorace, Sylvania Silverstars are the best replacement bulbs short of an HID conversion. I've tried more expensive bulbs from more expensive distributors, but the Sylvanias found at Autozone or so-help-me-god WalMart are the best available.
And I gathered what you were doing, I was trying to find out why.
