Hi,

I have a 323i Coupe (E36) 1998. Theres an annoying noise that comes from the back when driving. Its like something is constantly squeaking. When I pull the culprit seat down, it stops. Sometimes when i push it back it will be quiet for a while then it starts again.

Anyone else had this problem?

I've heard of people putting a little weather stripping in between the seat end the back. You can give it a shot.

Weather stripping? hmm... i'll give that a try mate. thanks for that.

i doubt its the fuel pump tho. I cant even work out how the squeak is made cos the seat seems firmly in place when its in the normal position.
