If i'm not mistaken, the tranny has it's own ECU which in most other cars ases that means you'll need a wiring harness and a neww ecu...I did a auto to manual swap on my 97 240sx and dropped an sr20det in it that was previously in my 91, so I did an OBD swap too. and I needed a different drive shaft, tranny harness, ecu, pedal assembly, slave, you'll also need to get clutch, flywheel. but I'm sure your aware of that part. the hardest part was drilling through my firewall for the slave. other then that most mounting points are already on the body, the might need treaded or cleaned but the should already be there. I found that a step bit worked great to get it started, but i heeded a bigger hole so I just kept going bigger with the bits progressivley until I acheived the desired OD. It took me about 4 hours to mount everything up with a friend and by the next day we had the engine in and I was pulling some 3rd gear drifts in the mall parking lot lol man those were the days......
