About Much would it cost to do a automatic to manual swap i currently have a 325i automatic and i want to convert it to a 5speed about how much am i looking at the automatic just seems so dang sluggish

well, not really. Expect to pay around $2500 for that. Factor in $750-$1000 plus around $1200 in labor and $300-$500 for the clutch and throwout bearing and new flywheel and all that.

edit, I just remembered you need new pedals, that's another $500 in labor.

Yea we can provide a complete kit with every bolt and peice you will need to make the conversion work at $2500.00

yea around here its hard to pick up a CLEAN bmw for under 10k i got a hell of a deal on my car and i just want it manual

so im looking at like 3500 to get it manual?

what about the 6 speed

You can use the 6 speed from the Z4, but they're pricey. You can also get the euro 6spd from the E36 M3 Euro, but also pricey.
