Asking price for M3 - BMW Forum

Hey everyone i got a 1998 M3 sedan and i'm contemplating selling it. Not cause i dislike it or anything like that, but i'm going to college in Duluth, MN and it's not real good on snow. Not to mention the roads are all hills up there. It had a salvage title, which will hurt the value quite a bit. It has 80,000 miles, cold air intake, depo headlights, HIDs, Koni shocks and struts. The tires are brand new on it. The hood, roof and trunk have hail damage-but i'm going to put in an insurance claim and have them fixed. Interior is in perfect shape. I'm just looking for a rough guess. I don't really want to sell it, but it's doesn't make sense to take it to duluth wit me and get the doors all dented up. Door dings will happen when it's sitting in a dorm parking lot for a year. My other options are leaving it home or buying a storage shed and housing it in the winter. Seems kinda dumb to pay 40 dollars a month for a storage shed for my car. And if i leave it home my dad will drive it. I live about 6 hours from Duluth, so i can't just run home and get it whenever i want. So my idea was to sell my BMW, buy a beater until i get outa college and then buy an E46 M3. Any help would be awesome, thanks

Haha i know, but did u read the reason why i'm thinking about selling it? It would make me cry to see my car get slammed into, prolly run into and wrecked. I coudln't do it, i can't put her through that. Anyone have any idea on what it's worth?
