ASC+T Disable Mod - BMW Forum

I know this is on bimmerdiy.com but somehow I didnt see it on the list until earlier today. I just did this and it effing works perfectly... the damn traction control keeps you from having any fun

but now i can turn it off or on when ever i want. Man I was out spinning my tires around every corner for the last 30mins

Best thing is the mod costs about 2$ total and bout 20mins to do it all.

So if you like reassurance before you do something.... well here ya go, It works just as they say! Do IT!

here's a mod that's even better plus it's free, use the button in front of the shifter genius

never worked, the traction control would still work even with it enabled/disabled. on my car, when its disabled the car would wait til the tires slipped for a sec or two before the traction control would kick in and with the asc button enabled it wouldnt wait for the tires to slip for it to turn on the traction control. so either way the traction control was on.

also a nice feature about the mod is that it "remembers" what you had selected previously. like say i had it enabled and i turned the car off and restarted it'd reverted back to the disabled mode, but with this it stays enabled the next time i turn the car on. also you dont have to be a tool about it.
