Just to get you thinking... E32 750 brakes would be even cooler  They are bolt on too. E32 starting from 91' have 324x30mm rotors and four piston calipers 
Thinkin about doing that myself during the next year or so... But I'd suggest upgrading back brakes too, else you could screw up your brake bias. Also, if you're going to use 750 brakes you may need to change you brake master cylinder.
Just a few thoughts.
