i dont think theyre depo, but the guy gave me his garuntee that if i get any error or issue, he'd give me a full refund and pay for the return shipping...so i duno, im gona try it out for 3 reasons

1) they are only lights, they do not affect performance in anyway
2) ive used the non-oem smoked ones before and had no complaints
3) i cant justify shelling out an extra $100-$200 for name brand.(taht pretty much just paid for my vaders ) especially if this guy garuntees no issues.
