I just saw this grill cover on ebay, and think it looks great, but not sure about airflow issues.
anybody ever seen this grill cover screen or had one on their car? It looks cool, but I don't want to put it on my car and have it lower my performance... anybody have any thoughts?

dude, mesh grilling the kidney beans??? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU???? n
It won't damge your engine at all, but mesh grill is not on bimmers (unless you have an m3 - front bumper, and that's stock black mesh grill. Or if you got an intercooler - and that's to protect the intercooler)

Hmm actually at the risk of sticking my head up.......I don't think it looks too bad, sorta Bently Mulsanne(ish), I was thinking about replacing the standard black bars with chrome bars aka E46, and when you see this mesh, the effect isnt so far off.
But then again.......maybe I'll stay with what I got! :P
I guess its the same as putting E46 wide kidneys on the front of a E36.....it kids no body!
