Te part is either called a spring cushion, spring pad, or spring perch. I need it to effectively raise my car about 1/4 of an inch, I am hoping that this and replacing the bump stops will stop the front right side suspension from bottoming out.

sry, im no help on the part, but if raise your car won't that negate the effect you were going for when you installed your springs and shocks. If you have the option you could get adjustable springs

1/4 of an inchisn't going to hurt, but I don't have the money for larger wheels or adjustable ride height, so I got to make do with what I can buy.

try removing some weight, there are plenty of threads that have lists of removable stuff, plus every 8 pounds you remove you gain 1 hp. e.g. spare tire, ac unit, silicone sealant on door insides.

ive removed some of those items and they definately will raise you car just a bit.
