My obc temp reads -37 0c anyone know why and how to fix and where temp sensor is with help of photos

Either your sensor is bad, or it is not properly connected. -37 is the default reading when something goes wrong with the external temperature sensor. Check the left side brake cooling duct inside your bumper.

^^^drz's picture got blocked.....It is mounted in the driver's brake cooling duct #10 in pic below....most of the time the connection is loose, corroded or could even have broken wires.....

There was another post not too long ago about this on the e46,hopefully its relevant to the e36, check it out for more tips.
