Any chip recs for 6 cylinder (94 325)?

In addition to Dinan, Turner and ACS, I am also looking at the chips from BMP and Bavauto. If anybody has done a comparo of these, it would be interesting to hear your feedback. I know that Bavauto advertises their chip as having "full range" benefits, not just at the high end of the rpm range. That sounds appealing but I am guessing others have similar benefits.

Second question, I am interested in buying a used chip, as there seems to be a large market for these on ebay in the $50-60 range. If buying a used "name brand" chip like Dinan, Turner or AC Schnitzer, are there ways to tell if these are legit or if they are knock-offs?

Finally, anything I need to know about fuel usage? I already use 93 octane (or sunoco 94 when I can). Should I also use a Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner every now and then or any other fuel additives?

#1. I have purchased tje Conforti chip for both af my rides and the power increase was amazing as well as fun. espically when my 91 318is spun tires into 3rd on a dry downhill slope. the power curve is smooth, and when you go through the gears, it seems like it is always in the power band. really fun stuff, and worth every penny.

#2. i would only recommend buying the TMS chip from TMS, ebay is unreliable,because of very dishonest people. unless u know someone with a chip, be careful. EITHER WAY, CHECK THE NUMBERS ON THE CHIPS, AS WELL AS THE FONTS ON THE LABEL. LOOK CAREFULLY!!!! fake TMS chips have crappy fonts.

#3. as far as gas, they recommend 91 as a minimum, but bimmers need that any way. fuel addatives are really only recommended if you have a problem, so it is prob. not nessicary but if you think it is important have at it, but dont over do it and read the labels. some additives claim to help but really do nothing; ex. octaine boosters!

TMS chip is dyno proven to show the most gains. If I have time I'll pull the stats from each chip, but it would be awhile.

TMS is Turner MotorSports. My brother just got a TMS for his 95 325i and he now accelerates SO much faster than my 328is. It's great. It was recommended to him from our pal at IPB Autosports, who races BMWs and Porsches professionally.

Its so nice having more tourque whenever u tap the gas pedal and it kicks in lower along with higher rpms... all around great chip. My vote goes to turner.
