3-Series (E36)Chat relating to the BMW 3-Series from 1992-1999. Autodoodad

I just got back from Import and truck bash at Indianapolis and saw a bunch of sweet rides on air ride. Out of 3 BMW's, which were mostly stock one had hydrolics, but no Air ride. I asked most of the leading air ride dealers that were present and no one had an application for a BMW. Does anyone know of any BMW's on air ride??? I know how to do the rear set up, but the front is what is getting me as of now.
I don't think there's much of a market for it among the BMW aftermarket. Anything you did would have to be a custom set up.
Are you talking about something for a bling factor, or a self leveling air ride set up? Either way most of them are VERY expensive and the cheap ones are supposedly crap.

my dad's Lexus LX470 has air ride for lowering and raising it for offroad driving. The suspension can also be set to automatically raise and lower itself according to speed
i think
by air ride do u mean like hydrolics but with air bags? if so then a few bmw's here have it, i always see a touring 325i with it jumping around! its pretty cool but u have to have a air tank in the back or somewhere as well! hydrolics are illegal here!
^^ If it is air, then they are pneumatics, like they use in the LX470, Range Rovers, and many other up-scale vehicles. Hydraulics imply a liquid is used.
