How bad is it? Have you tried buffing or polishing compound? Maybe it can be cleaned up.
no, its bad. it's only in a little area where the 318 badge was. i tried to use a putty knife to peel some of the residue off. yes, i heated it up with a heat gun first too. they are deep scratches though and you can see the bare metal. i know they couldnt be buffed out or anything, theyd need more paint. so since then i got a hamann sticker on ebay and stuck it over top to cover it up since i thought it would be expensive to get the trunk painted. a bit ricey but it gets the job done. id still prefer the clean debadged look though.
if i can get it doen for 50 thats great though. ill check it out
