Anti-theft system need help

Hi guys! I got a problem with my bmw 330ci 2001... After that I change a battery on remote keys car wasn't start... I found a solutions, reinitialized key... car was started but remote keys stop working(close and open a doors) immediately(( I said: what ever... Used it like that. BUT when I change a battery again NOW I CANT reinitialize keys again... Is the somebody have any ideas>?? nechesaartem@gmail.com mine email.. Please if somebody can help me i'll be so appreciated!!

How long did it take for you to change the battery? If it was for more than a minute ( with the battery out of the remote) then the key had reset itself. So the next step wouldve been re-initializing the key with the system and original key. I take it you have more than one key,because you say "keys" . This would solve the problem. Do you know the re-initializing key process at this step? If not just ask, and i'll be glad to pass it along to you.

I have just a 1 key(( Sorry about that.. So, can I to do something with a key without remote ( after I fix it last time) with my car? And can I also ask you can thith key work without battery after re-inicialized it? And can I start it with no help BMW dealer?
