Another once Bites the dust

Well long story short I was side swiped this past Wednesday night, been in the hospital for a little while but I'm out now. Just dealing with back and neck pain along with bruised rib cage, not fun.

My poor BMW got pretty banged up as well, bumper pretty much ripped off, passenger door won't open, radiator support bent, frame damage, still waiting on Insurance to get the final estimate on repairs but it's not looking promising.

Sorry to hear, but frame damage from that? Looks fixable to me. Bent or not, I'd fix that and continue driving it.

there is some slight frame damage but it's repairable should have it back in a week or so, this Volvo s60 may be 13 years newer but it's no BMW

I got my car back. grand total 3200 bucks. unfortunately I'm still being repaired.

Tomorrow the interior is being stripped and measured for a roll cage. I'll be putting in racing seats and 5 point harness for the driver and passenger.

No offense, but at 3200 you could have just bought another. Or at the very least bought a clean chassis and swapped your mechanicals over.

That or fixed it for a few hundred bucks yourself.
