Angel Eyes wiring?

I purchased some aftermarket headlights with angel eyes and am trying to install them. The problem here is that my car is not pre-wired for angel eyes, so I'm not sure where to connect the black and white cables from the angel eyes to.

I'd guess I'd wire it to the corner lights, but does anyone know which colors I should match them to?

My goal is to have them on when I turn the light knob halfway, and stay on when I turn it to full.
