if you can find one on ebay that you like and isn't TOO cheap you can find some steals on there. our sponsors on this forum make great products as well, but IMHO for way too much money. Check them out, jlevi, etc. If you actually look at the banner on the top of this page there are multiple sites that sell bumpers and lip kits for very decent prices. Again, you can find a steal on e-bay every now and then, you just have to be relatively careful with what you bid on!
As far as lips theres a bunch out there. LTW, GT, replicas, max velocity has a few, AC Schnitzer has a beautiful cf lip, and of coure my favorite, my own Racing dynamics splitter
