Air seals/Central locking

Ok, now I am having a problem with my central locking and air locking system in my 94 318iS. You know how when you close the door the window moves up half an inch to provide a quieter cabin? Well anytime it gets any warmer than 59 degrees that whole system fails and then my central locking system stops working. When I park the car at night and it gets colder, everything works again. For example, I leave home around 9 every morning the locks work, the air seals work. I go to my class which ends at about 10 45, open up my doors, close them, then the locks dont work and when I drive on the freeway with the windows up it makes that annoying wind noise. This is something that really bothers me considering how much pride I take in how quiet the cabin is at high speeds. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I want to get your guys's advice before I take it to the mechanic and get charged so let me know. Thanks

My car makes that 'wind noise' because the seal around the driver and passenger window is scrwed up and really not worth the $150ish the dealer will charge you for the 2 pieces of rubber! and havnt got around to findin them 2nd hand! and sorry no idea about the central locking!
