Question Air mass flow code

My 98 328i have the check enging light on. MAF is bran new, I clean VAF and light came right back. In the morning start RPM goes up n down an seattle down. CAN SOMEONE HELP???

What about your ICV and CCV? Get the car scanned for trouble codes. The trouble code throwing the CEL will tell you whats wrong.

I'll Deff gonna look into ,I Brough my car to the shop for vacuum leak test n all . I'll let them know to check... Thanks I'll keep posting how is going .
