question?
doea any one eles have a k&n air filter and have they noticed that there is a heating sensor that has to be pushed into the filter but it dosnt really fit, plus the pipes from this sensor rub against the throttle body arms causing them to stick somtimes?

No. I have a K&N intake, which is what I assume your talking about, but mine does not rub.

have you put your sensor into the filter? if you look at my pics mine is not but i do have it next to my cold air feed to try to keep it cool. can you tell me if that is ok or not also do you really need the mass air flow meter as my car runs fine without it?

I wouldnt do a cone filter without heat shielding it, the stock intake is designed pretty good, its covered from the heat, if u do the cone filter make sure u heat shield it.
