Air Compressor And Tools

Hi guys,
After the debacle with my brakes, I'm thinking about rewarding myself with an air compressor. I've found one at sears for $120 (reasonable for my wallet) that holds 3 gallons and produces 90 working PSI and has 1.5 horsepower. Does this seem reasonable for a starter's air compressor?
I'm also looking at buying an air-ratchet (and then an impact wrench down the road). I want the ratchet for now because it'll fit into the little parts to reach my brake caliper, etc. It delivers 45 ft-lbs. of working tourque at 150 rpm. Do you think this will be enough for my intents and purposes. I'm planning on swapping out the suspension pretty soon and that will be the system's first (and possibly biggest) test. Otherwise it will be predominantly used for brake work. Opinions appreciated.

absolutely not, for the air tools, you will require around 90 psi, but since this air compressor only holds that much, you are going to have a tough time, in my house there is one that holds about i think 120, its pretty small but thats fine. secondly, the air-ratchet basically cant do crap. dealing w/specially suspension and brakes, there are some very tough bolts, and 45lbs is nothing, your hand can do more than the ratchet. get an impact-wrench(looks like a gun) that has around 250-300, that is mid size, and that sometiems isnt even enough to take your tire off

the only times i use the air-ratchet is when there is a long screw that is easy to do, i just dont want to keep spinning my hand, also fits in to semi-tight places
