adjusting headlights

I installed aftermarket euro headlights that I got off of myhotbimmer.comand needed to know if anyone else has them(99323is)? I can't seem to get them remotely adjusted. The left light points to the left and the right to the right instead of doing the opposite and focusing on a center. Are the philip head screws there for that adjustment or for mounting/sealing the component? Been bugging me for a while...t.i.a.
