Adjusting electric windows

I am having a problem with my drivers and passengers electric windows. My drivers door will not come down automatically after 1 click (but it goes up after 1 click). And my passengers side window is the same problem, except it goes down after 1 click but not up


How can i adjust this?

In the Bentley this is the procedure it says should be done after repairs......

1. Close door & turn key on. Fully open front window.

2. Fully close front window.

3. Hold window button in up position for at least 5 seconds after window is closed.

4. Repeat for remaining window.

5. The windows should now be initialized and the anti-pinch & one one-touch up/down functions should be enabled.
