adjust the hand brake

any way i can adjust the hand brake on my e36 to bite down sooner instead of having to pull it all the way up, my hand brake boot even pops off because i have to pull it too high up

This dude mentions how to adjust the parking brake in his DIY. I have done it, for the same reasons as you. COnsider that you may need new parking brake shoes.

Also, Bentley manual ftw.
